Maple paired-reading notebook
A planned browser-based notebook for maple producers to keep repeated readings and production/canning observations together.
About the software
The Maple paired-reading notebook is being developed for maple producers and operators. It is designed to record paired and repeated readings, link production and later canning observations, and preserve unit labels, dates, context and notes.
The planned workflow provides chronological history, retrieval of prior observations and export of customer data. Customers will access this responsive hosted web application through a browser. The product is not yet commercially available.
It does not judge syrup quality, calculate corrections, recommend production changes, forecast outcomes, provide regulatory advice or replace laboratory testing. It is not farm-management or inventory software and does not include sensors, IoT or AI.
Who it’s for
Maple producers and operators who keep repeated readings and related production and canning records.
The problem it addresses
Keeping related observations and their context together so operators can retrieve their own records later, without interpreting measurements for them.
