This policy explains how we handle information you send through this website and what we plan to collect when our products become available.
Current website and inquiries
Our contact form stores your selected topic, optional name, reply email and message so staff can handle your inquiry. Hosting and security logs may include IP address, request time, browser information and requested page. The contact inbox does not store raw network addresses; abuse prevention uses short-lived keyed hashes and signed form tokens.
Cookies and tracking
Contact forms use a security cookie. Restricted administration uses session and security cookies. The public site does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing cookies.
Use, retention and requests
We use inquiry information to respond, maintain records of the conversation and protect the service from abuse. Access is limited to staff and service providers involved in operating the site. Information is retained for these purposes and applicable obligations, then deleted when no longer needed. Use the privacy contact form to request access, correction or deletion; applicable rights remain unaffected.
Future accounts and product data
Before customer services open, we will explain processing of account identity, billing contacts, subscription records and product access state. The planned hosted Maple notebook will store the readings and notes customers choose to enter on our servers. Product-specific retention and export details will be published before subscriptions are accepted.
Payment information
We do not currently accept payments. When sales open, we plan to use a payment processor to handle card details. We do not plan to store card details ourselves.

Use the privacy request option on our support form. Do not submit passwords, full payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.

The current contact form stores inquiries for staff review in the website database. Use the privacy request form for questions about your information.
