Observable Data / Policies
Privacy Policy
This policy distinguishes the public website from account and payment services that may be introduced later.
Founder-review draft. These policies have not yet been approved for sales.
Current website
The public pages do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. Hosting and security systems may process request information such as IP address, time, browser information, and requested page. Messages submitted through our contact form are stored in our database with your chosen topic, name if provided, reply email, and message. Staff use these details to handle your inquiry. Abuse prevention uses a signed form token and short-lived keyed hashes of the network address and reply email, rather than storing raw network addresses in the contact inbox.
Cookies
Public browsing does not require an account. Contact forms use an operational security cookie to protect submissions. Restricted administration uses operational session and security cookies. No marketing cookies are added by the public website.
Future account and billing services
If account and payment services are introduced, processing may include account identity, billing contacts, subscription metadata, payment-provider identifiers, and entitlement or fulfillment records. The policy will be updated before those services are enabled.
Payment information
The intended payment architecture is for a payment processor to handle sensitive card details rather than store them in our application. Payments are not enabled on this website, and no payment-provider integration is claimed here.
Privacy questions
Use the privacy request form linked below for questions or requests about personal information. Do not include payment card numbers or other sensitive information in an email.
